Nikita Goel & Associates is a Chartered Accountancy firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The practice was established in 2014 with a clear focus — delivering technically rigorous, partner-led advisory across tax, compliance, audit, FEMA, and M&A. The firm works from Somdutt Chamber-2, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi and serves clients across Delhi NCR, the rest of India and abroad.
Two practice areas define the firm: international taxation, led by CA Nikita Goel, and business advisory, led by CA Dishant Goel. Business strategy and Virtual CFO advisory is offered through Nexus Growth Advisor, the sister firm he founded; M&A, due diligence and valuation engagements are led by him at NGA.

CA Nikita Goel
CA Nikita Goel is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with deep experience across international taxation, DTAA treaty interpretation, FEMA compliance, and transfer pricing. Over the past decade, she has worked on a range of cross-border engagements covering inbound investment, outbound structures, expatriate taxation, and treaty-based withholding optimisation.
Nikita leads NGA's FEMA and International Tax practice — covering FDI / ODI structuring, RBI filings, transfer pricing documentation, APA work, DTAA relief and expatriate and NRI tax matters.
CA Dishant Goel
CA Dishant Goel is an ICAI member who brings together technical Chartered Accountancy training and lived business experience. Coming from a business family, his advisory perspective is informed by the operational realities of running a business — which shapes how he counsels clients on growth, capital, and exits.
Dishant leads NGA's business advisory practice covering M&A, due diligence, business valuation, deal structuring, and startup advisory. He is also the founder of Nexus Growth Advisor, NGA's sister firm focused on business strategy and Virtual CFO services.
